These Terms of Use (the Agreement) govern the relationship between Global Medical Consulting Limited Liability Company (the Company) and users of https://en.globalmedicalconsulting.ru (the User, Website).

By using the Website, you confirm that you have read this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Personal Data Processing Policy and accept their terms.

1. Status of the Company and Website

1.1. The Company provides information, consulting, and organizational services in medical tourism: clinic and specialist selection, coordination of inquiries, and patient support during preparation and travel.

1.2. The Company is not a healthcare provider, does not deliver medical care, does not diagnose conditions, does not prescribe treatment, and does not replace an in-person physician visit. The Company’s activities do not substitute licensed medical practice under applicable Russian law.

1.3. Website materials are for reference and information only. They are not medical opinions, public offers of medical services, or individualized recommendations.

2. Medical services of third parties

2.1. Decisions on diagnosis and treatment are made solely by a physician at a medical organization. Contracts for medical services are concluded directly between the User and the clinic (or other medical institution), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.2. The Company is not responsible for the quality of medical care, actions or omissions of physicians and clinics, or medical content provided by partners.

2.3. Payment for medical services is generally made by the User directly to the clinic, unless otherwise agreed in a contract with the Company.

3. How to contact us

3.1. A request via the Website form, phone, email, or Telegram does not automatically create a contract. The Company contacts the User to clarify the request and agree on terms.

3.2. The User agrees to provide accurate contact details and not to share access to correspondence with third parties.

3.3. The Website is intended for users aged 18 or older, or legal representatives of minors.

4. Emergency situations

If life or health is at risk, call emergency services immediately: 103 or 112 in Russia. The Website and Company contact channels are not intended for emergency medical care.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, design, logos, and other Website materials belong to the Company or are used under lawful grounds. Copying and distribution without written consent is prohibited except as expressly allowed by law.

6. Limitation of liability

6.1. The Company strives to keep Website information current but does not guarantee completeness or accuracy.

6.2. The Company is not liable for decisions made by the User solely on the basis of Website materials without an in-person physician consultation.

6.3. The Company is not liable for Website outages caused by technical failures, third-party actions, or force majeure.

7. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy. By submitting a request, the User agrees to processing for contact and coordination purposes.

8. Governing law and disputes

8.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

8.2. Disputes shall be resolved through a pre-trial claim procedure. Response time to a claim — 30 calendar days. If no agreement is reached, disputes are submitted to the court at the Company’s location, subject to consumer rights under Russian law.

9. Final provisions

The Company may amend this Agreement. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
