9. Cross-border transfer

When treatment is arranged outside the Russian Federation, personal data may be transferred to the country of the clinic or partner. The Operator transfers only what is necessary to fulfill your request and informs you before transfer.

10. Security measures

The Operator applies legal, organizational, and technical measures: access controls, media accounting, antivirus protection, backups, HTTPS, and database storage in the Russian Federation.

11. Rights of the data subject

You have the right to:

• request correction, blocking, or deletion;
• withdraw consent;
• appeal to the regulator or court.
